I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. First a phone screening interview with basic questions. Then I completed written and excel tests. During the face to face interview (with 4 managers at the same time) I had to explain what I did on the tests and why. They asked a lot about my dissertation, type of data and methods I used to conduct my research.

I was contacted by Staffing solutions company for this role. There were 2 Interview rounds - both rounds were telephonic. Process took less than a week to roll out final results.

It was a casual conversational interview. We talked about past experience, what can be brought to the new role, the new role's work scope, any potential concerns, personal preference on working method.
