For Integrated PhD, they call you by JAM rank and then conduct a test and select about 40 students for interview. Out of that 8 to 10 students are selected.

Pannel will ask about your previous experience and expertise. After that, they will ask technical questions from your expertise. They can also ask to you elaborate the scientific concept in way that, a layman can also understand.
