Applied online and got a email a few days later regarding interview. Interview was at the theatre and was a 1 on 1 conversation. General questions about previous work experience and movie knowledge. Making sure that the person who was hired was passionate and helpful.

Questions about past experience working with customers. Explaining what to do in certain scenarios involving customers. Having a passion for movies and being able to communicate thoroughly is great. Overall, being prepared with helping customers and taking care of the theatre is all you need. How did you deal with a difficult customer? How do you deal with a difficult coworker?
