The process consisted of four steps:
- First a non-technical HR screening, with some basic questions about your experience and why you want to work at IMC.
- Coding challenge, implement a simple program (thinking about code maintainability and testing) and a code review of a provided code snippet.
- Technical interview with developers, going over your CV and the code of your submitted challenge.
- Final interview, live coding session (discussing data structures and implementing some functions), HR behavioural interview, and technical interview going over your past experiences.

for online assessment, there was a question about calculating info from an order book. helps if you know how one works beforehand. only one question and coding preferred in C++ or java.
one technical round and one hr round. technical round was moderately hard. hr round was about your personality, asking about general questions to check if you fit in their workspace.
