Met at a college career fair. HR rep was very experienced and warm. She coordinated a Skype interview (over an hour) within 2 weeks and then a site interview the next month. Interview was with 4 people, an hour each. Not super technical, but then again I was honest about not having much experience in the field.

The interview was 2 parts. First part was over Microsoft team interview with the HR. The second interview was in person interview. The interview was average. They asked different questions about my previous experience.
