5 questions ad HireVue for preliminary interview. 2 behavioral, 3 economic questions. 1 of the economics question was quite hard, about fiscal stabilization. The others were ok (about costs of high/low inflation). Also one question about job market paper.

behavioral question about reasons to think IMF is a good fit, describe a moment to work as a team, job market paper and connections with IMF. economics question about fiscal stabilization (both measures and pace) and costs of low/high inflation.
The interviewers nice, they ask you general policy question and expect clear well communicated answers in layman terms. It is good to condition your answer for different country characteristics. Other than that you should not speak to much and take some notes in the beggining,

it was a preliminary interview but still got like a panel. Five questions. One about job market paper. One from fiscal department. One from monetary department. And two behavior questions.
