Only a brief phone interview, job was never seemingly at risk of being rescinded, felt no pressure in the conversation and no difficult questions, also felt that it would be a positive place to work based on my conversation with the management. After the phone interview I was able to start working within the next few days which was a plus.

No hard questions, they urgently need people to work there. Basically you get the job offered on the spot and start the next day (red flag). You will get a phone call asking when can you show up for a face to face intertview.
