The process started off with recording a couple of videos where I discussed my experience and reviewed an example website. I then went through a series of 1:1 interviews with Director/CEO/VP team members. We wrapped up with a role-playing exercise to emulate a client call that I would lead.

Invited to do a recorded video question and answer pre-interview. The questions were directed towards the project management that you may or may not have done. I do not care for the format or the lack of any direct involvement with another person. I was not invited to participate further in the interview process.
