First conversation was with an HR lady, this was a more exploratory conversation where she wanted to find out what I was looking for and where I would be a good fit. After that I received an assignment.

A technical test based on these points: 1) Representative sampling, 2) Purposive sampling, 3) Analysis plan, 4) Data processing, 5) Data analysis, and 6) Written analysis.
The test is done within 3 hours.
Then you have an interview with an HR representative.

An online application followed by an interview with HR and then a test. If successful with these then you will also be interviewed by the country team and possibly have a security interview based on the location
