1 coding round, 3 dev rounds, cto and ceo interview. really great experience, and good communication from hr, all the interviewers were friendly and approachable as well, overall a very positive experience.

Entretien
One screening round (with a 3rd party hiring agency) consisting of mostly python , django and DRF questions. It was mix of theoretical and hands-on basic problem solving. 2nd round was purely technical consisting of a coding problem. The interviewer slowly increased the complexity of the problem and expected a pseudocode for the same ( emphasis was on Sql and django orm in this round). This round was followed by 2 additional rounds, one with cto and then with ceo. They asked situation based questions and a little bit technical basic questions as well.
The hiring process was okay, but I would suggest they need to manage the candidate's time better. They initially rushed too much and scheduled calls at very odd hours (early hours) and after that they went completely lazy. No responses, no feedback etc. I expected atleast this level of professionalism from them but I didn't see any.
If it takes you 4-5 rounds just to ghost a candidate and go completely silent,you need rethink what you are doing!
