Bad management, after the interview process the HR don't come back to you as promise but instead reschedule more interviews and after keeping you waiting for weeks/months they send you a reply stating your application has been unsuccessful. A pretty bad style of recruitment and refunding your expenses is a big problem. I would not recommend the company as a good place as such based on the management style/HR despite the salary. They don't even give you a feedback they simply send out a refusal
