Started out with a basic resume screening. When that stage is over there are some test (numeric,...) you have to take. Then i had a motivational interview with HR, since i live abroad it was over Skype but it can also be face to face. Finally i was invited for a talk/ interview with 3 managers (partly motivational partly technical questions).

Entretien
Online application was fairly straightforward with a few questions and Cover Letter. Next was a few online tests including numerical. They send feedback which says what percentile you scored.
Next stage is HR interview in their London offices with competency and motivation questions. Including why ING and why the Grad scheme, lasted about 45 minutes in their lovely offices.

1st step - online application with basic information
2nd step - SHL test (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning tests)
3rd step - assesment center (2 group exercises both with presentation, basic HR interview)
