The assessment process was quite straightforward - online tests (SJT, aptitude and work strengths), HR interview and interviews with managers. HR interview competency-based questions are based on personal qualities that the report on SJT contains + some basic motivational questions. The super day's structure includes 6 interviews with managers 30 min each, all exclusively motivational/competency-based. Overall the atmosphere is really welcoming, recruiters are always willing to help with any of your request and managers are also friendly. I enjoyed the whole process although did not receive an offer.
