1. Screening interview 2. First interview 3. Call with interviewer 4. Second Interview It took almost 3 months. The recruiters are in Poland and do not have information on the process, they just coordinate. Neither the coordinator in Amsterdam have information on the process, or at least do not intend to. So is not possible to obtain any insight. And given there is no contact with the interviewers, is a quite impersonal process. After the second interview, I had to chase one of the many recruiter coordinators to obtain an answer, which took more than 1 month. I requested a verbal feedback and the coordinator in Amsterdam simply did not reply to my email.

Took around 3 months, ghosted in the middle of the process, absurd input as a reason for not being selected, different recruiters calling from outside of the country, impersonal…. In general a very bad experience.
