It was a long but not a complicated process. There were 2 interviews. One with a HR person where I was talking about my experience and there was a quick conversation in English as it was position based in Poland. After that I had to wait 2 weeks for another interview with a managers. It was a nice and easy-going talk about a tech, my experience in IT field, my past, and about what would be my responsibilities in this position.
