Interview process consisted of a Skype with the Director and then an in person with the GM of the facility. Process took 2-3 weeks. The only thing that I felt took way too long was the 2 weeks it took for a background check. Really???

Why did I want to leave my current position for Ipic
I don’t think the recruiters have the experience it takes 1)to follow up 2) to review a resume with good qualifications for the position 3) rushing through as they claim to have numerous applicants and they just want to move on to the next one. If you see a resume with extensive experience then at least provide the opportunity to do a through interview before declining.

I had an interview with the Owner and CEO. It was so awkward. He has no clue about the operation and listens to an executive team that also is so disconnected from the team that I decided to not continue with iPic.
