It was a phone interview that basically covered the nature of the job, explaining the varied hours and type of work. Very simple. I only interviewed once and was soon offered the position after given time to consider.

The interview was rather easy & simple over the phone. The field service manager set a time and called, It felt very casual. The field service rep shared about their company and asked if i had similar experience and what rate of pay I was looking for. I basically was offered the position during the phone conversation.
