I was contacted directly on LinkedIn regarding this position and agreed to an initial interview after a couple of emails back and forth. We arranged a Teams call and after taking the time out I was sent a text message 10 mins into the agreed time that they had to reschedule. I thought this to be extremely unprofessional. She then messaged me later to rearrange for the following day, there was no apology. Against my better judgement I agreed. Again the recruiter was late, but at least she turned up. The interview went well and at the end I was told I would be put forward to the next stage with the hiring manager. That was the last I heard from this person or the company. I did email twice after in case there was some issue, still nothing. The internal recruiter can only be described as embarrassing for IRIS. If you are going to approach people that haven't approached you have a little respect for their time. We all have better things to do than waste time on low level operators. I will be avoiding this company and I would advise you to do the same.
