I made 3 rounds of interviews, last one was technical assessment project for a real challenge they were facing. After submitting a sophisticated proposal with algorithms, codes and step by step implementations, they were curious to knowing every details in the approach. They refused the application excusing that they received a better comprehensive solution without any details. I do not know how many times they apply this trick to collect as much as they can of free solutions for their work. I advise applicants to be carful from this trick and save their time and effort. This kind of policy will let them lose on the long run.
