Fun, actually. They attract young talent with pretty people and free drinks at the nicest bars on your college campus. There are 3-4 rounds of interviews. The last being the most intense, obviously. They hire very large groups of 40-70 at a time.

The Interview process was quite elaborate - travel to the final day and essentially did speed dating with upper management. You were also required to present on a random topic

multiple interviews and then a in-house recruitment day with a lot of applicants. Met with several employees (15 minute interviews). Had a reception the night before to meet other employees
