observed a clear lack of diversity within the organization, which raises concerns about its commitment to inclusion. The workplace felt very homogenous, and this became especially apparent during the interview process. That experience reinforced how important diverse teams are for bringing in different perspectives. That said, everyone I interacted with was professional and kind throughout the process. Based on what I saw, candidates from underrepresented backgrounds may find it difficult to feel a sense of belonging here, which is disappointing for an organization of this size.
