The process was pretty easy. I had my interview with the SRC/BFC site manager and the lead project administrator. The whole interview process was 30 - 45 mins and hiring decision was made within two days of interview. I found the job through a staffing company, but along the way i was hire as a permanent full time employee of IST Management Services, Inc. Received the "call" from the staffing recruiter saying you got the job.
