Usual agency waste of time. Had two interviews with an IT/IQ representative assuring me they had a role. First by phone - the second by zoom. Was sent a job description for a senior frontend position a client of theirs allegedly had. Was sent a detailed resume template to fill out and put under some pressure to finish it before the following evening. This was done and I was told it looked good. Was told it would be sent to an account manager who liaises with the company hiring. Ghosted. Emailed to enquire what was up three weeks later - no response. Finally got a response after emailing again. Representative said the company had moved forward with another candidate etc - thing is - I had emailed the company in question myself already to enquire about the job and they assured me that no such job vacancy existed so that couldn't be true. Waste of time - avoid.
