I arrived 30 minutes early due to bus times and didn’t want to sit outside in a heatwave wearing a three piece suit, I then got sarcastic remarks about being too early as I disrupted a FIFA session by an employee. The interview structure was unusual and unorganised, 4 people would come in and ask you the same questions, when the third person finished, as soon as she closed the door I heard her shout across the room asking if someone wanted to interview me which screams unprofessionalism. The last guy straight up said to me that I would do all of his hard work and he’ll get rewarded for it which I laughed at. This was my first interview within recruitment I’m glad I’ve now found my ideal company to work for! Defo dodged a bullet there!

Met with 4 Consultants which involved asking why recruitment, general chit chat and also met with the director. Friendly atmosphere and felt at ease in the interview, was there for an hour.
