I got the interview by contacting one of the employees at the company, and HR emailed me back quickly. I then called back and arranged a date. The first interview was with two individuals and lasted an hour. I was then called back for a second interview with someone higher up and was informally offered a job. Less than a week later I was offered a position with a starting salary of $35k. Simple questions and simple interview.
