They just asked about my projects and experiences from my resume. Very brief and to the point. They made me feel comfortable, showed around the facility. I got to interact with the engineers I would be working with. They showed me their products. I was also being told about their markets and competitors.

Applied online. Got a phone call from HR about two weeks later to have a phone interview with a engineering manager. The interview was just go over my resume and asked about my past experience.
