Long and inefficiënt. I had 4 interviews, the last one being one that seemed absolute to me. Process took about a month. The thing that pissed me off though was that their rejection letter didn't even filled out the fields, it just had dear [insert candidate], blahblah thank you for applying for [insert job title] blahbah sincerely [insert sender]. What I liked is that the interviewers gave a comprehensive overview of the expectations and work culture.
