Entretien
The interview process consisted of two initial rounds. The first was with my future Team Leader, and the second was with an MD based in London. Both interviews went very well; they were impressed with my skills and passed me to the final round. In the final round, I was interviewed by two MDs. The entire process took about 1.5 months due to some rescheduling.

Question 1
In the final round, a few challenging questions were asked. For instance, one MD questioned why I came to Germany if I couldn’t speak German, and another asked why I didn’t choose the USA for further studies instead of India. At one point, I was even asked, "Why can’t you wait? Do you have other job offers running behind you?" which felt a bit rude, especially since it came from a German MD who, as far as I know, has never lived or worked outside of Germany. I believe it’s important to have respect and courtesy for people who cross oceans to start a new life.Interestingly, after the interview, I read some Google reviews about the company and discovered that the work culture is reportedly quite poor. In hindsight, I’m glad things didn’t work out.
