A telephone interview was scheduled via email. The phone interview felt like it was either HR or perhaps a 3rd party HR service. If you get past telephone screening, they will send you a test. Because I am an engineer, the interviewer glossed over what specifications are because I already know that, right? However, it would have been helpful to know in what context they are using the specifications to better perform on their test.
