Phone screening for about 30 minutes. Take home test. Was given a serious of scenario questions on what to do when a customer has a question about the price of the program or wants to know how to sign up. Final Interview. Was in person and virtual. Lasted an hour and a half.

Initial phone interview with the recruiter followed by a phone interview with the manager. I was then given a written test followed by an on screen interview. The final on screen interview was 2 hours and split into 4 different interviews back to back.
