I had 3 rounds of interview in total and was lucky that the whole process got completed in a single day. The interview was pretty straight into the details without wasting time on "Tell about yourself". The questions were very thoughtful and drilled much into the projects, requiring reasoning for each tools/technologies used. I was also tested on Analytical skills through problem solving similar to what the top notch companies do. This is something I found different but it made me feel good once I solved them. The CEO who is an ex-Google employee checked on my technical ability, people management, logical reasoning and then shared his expectations. In the whole process they checked more on the attitude to learn and if we'll be flexible with technologies.
