The interview began with a brief presentation about Image API, and then I talked individually with four managers/directors. I think the entire interview process took about two and a half hours.

What types of projects have you managed? Describe the scope of work, team constitution and dynamics, etc.
There were several scenario-based questions, based on software development, teamwork, project management, leadership, client engagement, change management.
