The whole process is conducted in English. The first interview involved simple technical questions and was conducted by a developer in the company. I found this interview very positive; they asked me about mutexes, the difference between threads and processes, and abstract classes and interfaces. Really liked the interviewer, it's a great guy. The second interview was with HR. The conversation was pleasant, and they gave me feedback one day after their maximum deadline, saying that I did not meet the company values. I sent an email to ask what I could have done better, but HR didn't respond. There was also a strange moment of silence when the interviewer said he was trying to get a tool to work on the computer. It felt a bit off — maybe it was a video recorder or something else. The interviewer's accent is excellent. The best one so far.
