Focus on Christ Centered Service. Initial application should include marketing and sales (successful) experience coupled with great customer service/human service/social service edge. An understanding of various government support programs i.e. Medicaid, Medicare, supplemental coverage and public housing will be beneficial. An ability to "craft" a message that is inline with the mission of the organization will assist in first round of phone interviews. 2nd interview round will be with direct supervisor and center director - again build on the mission statement, understanding Interdisciplinary approach to care and how your role is to support the teams experience and expertise while providing them with all of the details they need. Final interview will be with the VP of sales.
