La entrevista fue en castellano, aunque la búsqueda estaba en inglés. La califico como negativa porque me pareció que la recruiter estaba en piloto automático. La entrevista fue muy plástica y poco personalizada, muy seria.

Hablame de ti y de tu carrera profesional Tienes experiencia trabajando con otras áreas? Como es tu workflow?
Fueron 3 entrevistas, una con recursos humanos, otra con un manager de diseño y la última con el manager y otro UX. Tuve que hacer una prueba técnica de rediseñar una pantalla.

I was approached to do a screener interview. The interviewer started speaking in Spanish even though job post was in English and without any mention for Spanish speaking requirements. She then seemed annoyed that we had continue the interview in English. She seemed very disinterested and robotic. This type of behaviour really kills the vibe.
