They originally said there would be three interviews, including the initial call—but it ended up being four. I had to present my work twice, one of which was completely unexpected. What they described as an “informal chat” (the 4th interview) turned into a high-pressure interview with a request to walk through my presentation again. Overall, it felt excessive for the role and the offered salary. None of my questions were answered—they couldn’t even tell me who my manager would be or what kind of clients I’d be working with. The process felt very one-sided and disorganised. Honestly, it was a big mess which made me question many many times whether it's the place for me.
