Faster than expected. I came to the store before opening and the manager just asked basic questions and my availability. She also talked about some of the daily tasks required. I was offered a position on the spot.

Very calm and easy, questions regarding customer service experience and transportation. They also asked about availability, went over overall pay and what work would look like on an average day.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
