J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez In-N-Out Burger (Anaheim Hills, CA) en nov. 2011
Entretien
They are looking for positive hard-working people. Usually will have an interview with a lower manager and then one with the Store manager, that's the most important one. Hardest part is getting the interview, you either have know someone, or just get lucky that they were hiring alot of people. It helps to introduce yourself in person, because they get alot of applications online.

Entretien
Very calm and easy, questions regarding customer service experience and transportation. They also asked about availability, went over overall pay and what work would look like on an average day.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

Entretien
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
