I had three Interviews. One with the recruiter and two more with managers. Moved quickly and professionally. Nothing out of the ordinary as long as you prepare for the interview.

Horrible process. Don't waste your time with these people. I had an interview scheduled where the interviewer blew it off because their "flight got delayed." I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. He blew off the second interview, so I withdrew my application. He then called and apologized. Asked me to grab a beer with him to continue the interview process. I reluctantly said yes and he never responded. This is for the Greenville territory manager position. Huge waste of time. This company doesn't respect your time and to be honest, I wasn't that impressed with the gentleman either. It sounded like the team was disorganized and they didn't really have a solid game plan in place for the new hire from what I gathered on our brief apology call.
