first online exam was conducted in the college then after a week the selected candidates are further interviewed at the company .the results were fast and management is very responsible.
4 rounds
1)paper-based aptitude questions including verbal and essay writing
Many questions were asked.. Manage your time
2)TR round 1 - Basics of C and java, as im from ECE, and about project.. Also many logical questions were asked.. Straight from the internet.. 1 hour long interview
2)TR round 2- Mainly focused on logical and analytical thinking, puzzles, Code for pattern using asterisk, Oops concepts.. About 30-45 mins long interview
4)HR round - About yourself, intro, strengths weaknesses.. They mainly check on your communication skills and dedication towards job..
Comments - TR round 2 was tough even though it was short in duration..check out logical puzzles online and sharpen your thinking skills.. You'll easily crack the job..
THE ODDS OF GETTING SELECTED- From our clg around 350-400 people appeared for round 1, 30 People were short listed for round 2,15 for round 3,7 for round 4 and finally 3 got selected.. You can understand the difficulty levels..
