Very unorganized. Had been emailing with the hiring manager and told him I was going to be in the area and then did not get a response from him for a couple of days until he asked me to come in that day in a few hours. Did not say who I would be meeting with or how long, absolutely no direction. They made me fill out a paper application which was really odd in my opinion. Took him awhile to come in and when he did he introduced himself then sat across from me looking at me for awhile as if waiting for me to do something. I met with him and two other employees then the owner of the company. He invited me to come back a few days later and meet with someone else and then they extended the offer.
