Was recommended by an employee at IVC and was contacted for an in person interview. Met with the entire Production team as well as the founders in a joint interview. I felt the interview went well and I felt like this is a place where I could really grow. I sent thank you notes to all of the people who I met that day and everyone responded with the exception of the hiring manager. I felt that was a bit strange, and felt disheartened. A few weeks later, I did hear from that manager with a very positive note. I thought that the wheels would be in motion for an opportunity, but they were not ready to fill this position. The position still remains on their website as well as external job sites, I find that a bit confusing if they are not really ready to hire anyone. I've contacted their hiring manager in NY for a possible position, and received no response. Very disappointed, but I am confident that I will find the right opportunity with the right agency.
