The interviews focused on case study-based questions as well as on personal and professional aspirations. The job-related interview questions were wide-ranging, including decision-making skills, client management abilities, and logical thinking. We have also touched upon personal experiences that can contribute to the job. For me, it meant a lot to put the same emphasis on my personal development and aspirations. The interviewers were very much engaged about my motivations and how I, as a person, can contribute to the company and strive personally in a 1-10 years outlook.

Intresting interview with a wide range of questions both about the interviwee’s personality and work experience, one should prepare carefully and consider their plans and goals with the conpany. The interviewers seemed open-minded and helpful but still professional.
