After the initial recruiter round you are given an assignment based on a questionnaire and you need to make a plugin with all the requirements full filled. The point is after submitting the assignment they'll inform you about the review period that is usually 30-40 working day's according to them. which is completely absurd and they seem to do it on purpose without giving clear details about the rounds. You painstakingly complete the requirements only to be completely ghosted after receiving the email about submission and review period. I simply received email that Competition was tough and they decided to move in a different direction after 3 months of submitting the assignment. Imagine the frustration one would go through. Reason being they go through a large talent pool. This simply sounds too fishy to me.
