After sent my CV on Thursday I received the call on the next day that they wanted to do an interview on Monday. It was with a group of other 15 people. After one day they told me that i was successful for the second step. Yesterday i had the face-to-face interview and in the afternoon i've got the job. If you go prepared It's impossible to fail.

Entretien
Te pueden llamar el mismo día o en 6 meses, la entrevista es virtual y en grupo, te presentas por turnos, mencionas si hay alguna tienda en especifico que te gusta más, o zona/centro comercial que prefieras, disponibilidad, y al final hay una actividad donde os toca una prenda y una celebridad y hay que armar un outfit y luego justificarlo. Si hay plaza te llamarán comunicándote los horarios, salario, etc.

Disponibilidad, estudios, experiencia. Luego si te cogen te informan del contrato, horario y salario.
Buena entrevista grupal donde te hacen sentir cómodo. Las preguntas son bastante generales pero ayudan mucho a poder soltarse y entablar conversación. Te preguntan si tienes experiencia en Retail y algunas preguntas sobre cómo actuarías en ciertas situaciones

Easy process. Easy questions. Very polite people. I felt confident and warmly welcomed. They explained all the steps clearly and the process was transparent.
