The employer reached out over email and set up a date to interview. We met in the store location and had an in-person interview. The offer was then sent out in 3 days.

The interview process was thorough and got to know me as a person. It gave me a real sense that the company wanted to understand who they were hiring before they went through with it.

Applied on the website and reached out to the store to let them know I was interested. After a quick talk with the manager, I had an in-store interview the following week. Interview went great, talking about sales skills and specific aspects of working for the company. I really thought an offer was going to come, but I've still yet to hear back. Very disappointed.
