Worst management ever. Absolutely zero planning and mindless selection procedure.
Cleared the online test held remotely and then called up for interview after a week at 9:30 a.m. There were total 3 rounds of interview. Some people are done with their all 3 interviews till3 p.m. and my first round was conducted after 4 p.m. After clearing that round they told me to wait for next round and after 90 minutes, they tell me that they will conduct my remaining rounds on telephone which was nothing but bs since they already selected their 5 candidates from the initial 20 candidates itself and they simply rejected the most of the later half of the students, rest they were just doing formality for the sake of completing the procedure.
I waited for 2 days for telephonic call but didn't got one but what I got was the list of 5 selected candidates.🤨
