I received an invitation to a meeting over a month after applying. The interview consisted of two stages. The first involved a technical task in SQL, and the second involved a conversation with a manager during which we discussed my experience. Both meetings lasted about an hour. I didn't receive an offer, and after the entire process, I only received an no-reply automated email informing me that they wouldn't be continuing the process. I was hoping for some feedback, especially since the HR department was so prompt and courteous throughout the process.
