Poor communication and basic interview questions (tell me about yourself, etc) and wanted to know if I had experience working in law firms. Never got back to me after initial introductory call.

Entretien
The interview was just a list of rapid fire questions and ended quickly. The interviewer did not have their camera on during the Zoom call, and the entire process was rushed. Overall, it felt like there was no interest in the candidate. There was no further contact after the first interview and a follow-up email.

I spoke with senior leadership. Boring, bland, and mundane. The interviewer could not care less about what I was saying. I felt very rushed throughout the interview- like they had better things to be doing. I would probably suggest this org use an outside recruiting agency for its interview processing.
