3 interviews in total. The first was with a recruiter and the second was with the hiring manager. The third was supposed to be with a panel. I was told I would hear back after the 2nd interview by Friday (it was a Tuesday). It's been about 3 weeks and no response even after I reached out various times. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I've worked on a recruitment team and we let everyone know where they stand whether they got an offer or not.
